(1)The drying oven system should consist of three main parts: servo feeding system, drying oven, and the servo discharging system;
(2)Rated rpm: 6000 sph (sheets/h). The rated drying rate for the 36-meter drying oven shall be no less than 5400 sph, and for the 30-meter drying oven, no less than 4200 sph;
(3)Temperature Control: maximum baking temperature shall not exceed 225℃. The temperature difference in the heating zone shall be ≤±5℃ and in the constant temperature zone ≤±3℃, both detected at six points (cross-section). Oven temperature curve display function shall be provided;
