项目内容 Project Content | 主要包括但不限于以下几个方面： （一）全面参与国资国企领域的法治建设工作，提出意见和建议。 （二）参与政策文件的制定、审查，协助评估政策法规的实施情况。 （三）参与重大行政决策研究，提出法律论证意见。 （四）参与协助审查国资国企的各类文书以及章程和三重一大等制度文件，提供法律咨询意见。 （五）参与国资委下属事业单位和监管服务范围的区属企业发生的涉法事项，开展调查、协调并提出依法处理的法律咨询意见。 （六）参与历史遗留问题、信访矛盾和突发事件的应对处置，提出法律处理意见和建议。 （七）参与重大事项社会稳定风险的分析与评估。 （八）参与合同协议方面的法律服务。 1）起草、审查各类合同协议，对有关法律、国资监管和商业上的风险进行提示； 2）监督合同的履行，及时提示风险，并针对违约行为依法维权； 3）发生纠纷时，提供法律服务； 4）协助对合同进行管理。 （九）协助开展法治宣传教育、政务公开等。 （十）协助处理有关诉讼和复议案件，并根据需要代理诉讼案件。 （十一）提供法律法规培训讲座，一年不少于2次。 （十二）参与国资监管活动中潜在的法律风险隐患排查，提出整改意见、建议和方案。 （十三）其他相关法律服务。 | |||

One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market. II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market. III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market. IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract. | |||
回避情形 Avoidance Situations | （一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的； （二）中介服务机构的法定代表人或实际控制人和委托人单位法定代表人或者项目负责人有配偶、直系血亲（含拟制血亲）、三代以内旁系血亲或者近姻亲关系的； （三）其他应当回避的情形； I.
