项目内容 Project Content | 1、项目名称：上海市浦东新区传染病医院2025年度法律顾问服务 2、服务范围：为甲方日常业务及管理事务提供法律意见及政策法规咨询；审查及修改甲方对外签订的合同、协议、规章制度及有关法律文件；应甲方要求，对重大决策或问题进行法律分析，提供法律意见、建议；应甲方要求，参与突发事件应对处置，提出法律处理意见、建议；当甲方的合法权益受到侵犯时，应甲方要求进行法律交涉或出具相关的律师函、声明等；协助开展法治宣传教育、培训。 3、预算金额：不超过人民币3万元/年 4、服务年限：1年 5、付款方式：签署合同后10个工作日内一次付清 1. Project Name: Legal Consultancy Services for the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Pudong New Area, Shanghai for the Year 2025 2. Scope of services: Provide legal advice and consultation on policies and regulations for Party A's daily business and management affairs; review and modify contracts, agreements, rules and regulations, and relevant legal documents signed by Party A externally; upon request from Party A, conduct legal analysis on major decisions or issues, and provide legal advice and suggestions; upon request from Party A, participate in emergency response and disposal, and provide legal handling opinions and suggestions; when Party A's legitimate rights and interests are infringed, conduct legal negotiations or issue relevant lawyer's letters, statements, etc. upon request from Party A; assist in carrying out legal publicity, education, and training. 3.
