Brief Specification Description: We have launched environmental management services for key, general and simple supervision targets, involving 182 enterprises. The services cover professional environmental protection services for industrial enterprises, gas stations, nursing homes and other business types, as well as environmental protection special tasks. 合同履约期限：自合同签订生效后一年。

二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（本项目所属行业为其他未列明行业类）
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measure, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be applied to the products of small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises; (The industry to which this project belongs belongs to the category of other unspecified industries.)
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、供应商具有法人资格证明文件（如营业执照或法人登记证书等），具有独立承担民事责任的能力4、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。5、投标人可投报以上任意一个包件也可投报所有包件，但只能中标其中一个包件。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 
3. The supplier must have legal person status proof documents (such as business license or legal person registration certificate, etc.) and the ability to independently bear civil liability. \ n4. Different suppliers whose unit heads are the same person or who have direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract. 5. Bidders may bid for any one of the above packages or all of them, but they can only win one package.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
